This is Where
Hope Lives.

Our Story

Ministers Prayer Network (MPN) was officially launched on January 18, 1995, under the leadership of Rev. Prof. Mosy U. Madugba, who is the International Head Coordinator for the ministry. The vision began after his visit with David Yongi Cho and the Board of Church Growth International in Seoul, South Korea (October 1989). The vision was further confirmed at another meeting he had with Mr. George Tuck of West Midlands vision in Birmingham, England on June 12, 1992. At this breakfast meeting in Forte Crest Hotel in Birmingham, he heard Raid Carpenter share how the power of corporate prayers transformed Pittsburgh, USA. The testimony, along with other encounters, inspired the birth of MPN. The fuller story is contained in our book – MPN Our Unique Brand.

Today, MPN is a global prayer and leadership movement across many nations. Its mission is to positively transform lives, families, cities and nations through prayer and exemplary dynamic leadership. As a prophetic and apostolic move of God, MPN equips godly and prophetic leaders around the world to fulfill their divine mandates wherever they are planted.

Our Purpose

9

Build prayer forums in cities worldwide, especially for Christians leaders, to intercede for themselves, their families, churches, cities, and nations.

9

Inspire apostolic and prophetic reformation so that God’s kingdom is revealed through signs and wonders.

9

Restore prayer and God’s Word to their rightful place in the Church.

9

Provide space to speak truth in love, addressing challenges facing the global Church.

9

Mobilize the Church to fulfill heaven’s call and prepare for global revival.

9

Raise and equip a “Recovery Army” of believers who will reclaim lost grounds and release a fresh season of refreshing upon the church.

9

Train leaders to guard and reclaim spiritual gates in their nations

Our Vision

To raise prophetic and apostolic leaders with profound authority to transform territories, empowered and sustained by the unchanging biblical principles of the early Church – prayer power and the Holy Spirit’s fire.

MPN’s Four Units

The word Apostolic means being sent on divine assignment – to pioneer, transform, influence, and establish God’s kingdom on earth. The Apostolic Anointing is in partnership with the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to do the impossible, demonstrate God’s power and bring transformation through miracles, sings and wonders.

The Apostolic Elders

The Elders have ceased gathering at the gate and the young men from their music. The joy of our heart has ceased: our dance has turned into mourning. The crown has fallen from our head, woe to us for we have sinned!” (Lamentation 5:14-16). This is what happens in any city, state, nation or continent where their elders and prophetic gatekeepers fail to watch over their gates.
The Apostolic Elders are made up of male and female members of the Network, who are at least 50 years and above.

The Apostolic Men

The Apostolic men are made up of male members of the Network. Vision Statement: To provide an apostolic platform for godly men to train, get equipped and be spiritually empowered as territorial leaders, excelling in all areas of life.
Apostolic Men Motto: Empowered for territorial Leadership.

The Apostolic Women

The MPN Apostolic women is the female arm of Ministers Prayer Network. This unit was inaugurated on the 16th through the 19th of June, 2010 during an MPN meeting at Chapel of Redemption, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. They are an essential, inseparable part of the Mpn Family and Global work force, not an autonomous women group. They are made up of born again women, who have totally yielded themselves to the Holy Spirit, to reformat them, to possess Kingdom mind-sets. They are bold, fearless, courageous, broken and selfless, on fire for God, partnering very closely with the Holy Spirit.

The Apostolic Youth

These are young boys and girls as well as young men and women from teenage ages to the ages of 35yrs as long as they are single. They are free to join the other units too. They are also known as Apostolic sons and daughters.
Vision Statement:To provide a platform for Christian youths to fellowship and serve God together; to be trained, mentored, coached, equipped and empowered to become godly and better future leaders and to excel in the various vocations they choose in life.
